As a young Black artist and dedicated Birth Work Doula, I thoughtfully and intentionally blend creativity with compassionate care in every endeavor I undertake, always striving to make a meaningful and positive impact on those I encounter. My education at Parsons in NYC as well as The Academy of Art in San Francisco, where I focused deeply on my love for 3D visual and textile design, fashion design, and fine art, has profoundly shaped my distinctive artistic vision and greatly sharpened my ability to craft meaningful, beautiful expressions that resonate deeply with people from a wide variety of diverse backgrounds.
I am genuinely passionate about infusing artistry into every space I engage with, whether through visual creations that inspire or by cultivating nurturing environments that offer genuine support and heartfelt comfort to others during life’s most transformative and intimate moments.
My work stands as a heartfelt celebration of creativity, purpose, and the remarkable power As a Black female birth doula, I believe in birth work being sacred and deeply intentional work. As a Black female birth doula, I believe in birth work being sacred and deeply intentional work. Birth & Postpartum Doula Support
Personalized emotional, physical, and educational support throughout pregnancy, during labor, birth, and postpartum recovery. Advocacy, birth preparation, comfort measures, and nurturing postpartum care tailored to your family’s needs.
My doula care is designed to provide consistent, compassionate support before, during, and after birth. This includes prenatal visits where we discuss birth preferences, education, comfort measures, partner support, emotional preparation, and creating a birth plan that feels aligned with your needs and values.
During labor and birth, I provide physical comfort support such as breathing guidance, positioning, massage, grounding techniques, advocacy support, and emotional reassurance for both you and your partner. My goal is to help you feel informed, protected, and deeply supported in your birthing space.
Postpartum visits focus on helping you transition gently into recovery and new motherhood. A postpartum visit may include emotional check-ins, newborn support, mother emotional support, feeding guidance, light household help, rest support, meal preparation, herbal care, belly binding guidance, and helping create a peaceful recovery environment.
Yes, I also offer overnight postpartum support. Overnight visits are designed to help mothers rest, recover, and feel supported during those tender early weeks. This may include newborn care support, feeding assistance, soothing baby between feeds, hydration reminders, and helping parents feel less overwhelmed through the night.
Postpartum Food Prep & Nourishment
Healing-centered meal preparation focused on restoration, warmth, and nourishment for the postpartum body. Support includes nutritional guidance, lactation-supportive foods, and gentle wellness planning for recovery.
Healing after birth requires warmth, nourishment, and intentional restoration. My postpartum nourishment support includes preparing simple, healing-centered meals that focus on recovery, hormone balance, milk production support, and replenishing the body after birth.
This may include bone broths, warming meals, herbal teas, lactation-supportive foods, freezer meal prep, grocery planning support, and guidance around nutrient-dense recovery meals that feel realistic for your family.
I believe food is medicine, especially in postpartum care, and I help make nourishment feel accessible rather than overwhelming.
Lactation Guidance & Nutrition Support
Practical, compassionate support for feeding journeys, including breastfeeding guidance, nourishment planning, and education to help mothers feel confident and cared for during postpartum healing.
Feeding support should feel gentle, informed, and free of judgment. I offer practical lactation guidance for breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping support, latch observation, positioning help, and helping mothers build confidence in understanding their baby’s cues.
This also includes postpartum nutrition support focused on hydration, healing, energy restoration, and creating simple systems that support both feeding and maternal wellness.
My goal is not perfection—it is helping mothers, parents, and their trusted communities feel resourced, calm, and supported in their feeding journey.
Massage & Bodywork
Gentle massage and body-centered care to support relaxation, circulation, stress relief, and physical restoration during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Pregnancy and postpartum place incredible demands on the body. My massage and bodywork sessions are focused on relieving physical tension, reducing stress, supporting circulation, and helping mothers reconnect with their bodies during times of major change.
This may include gentle prenatal massage, postpartum abdominal comfort care, shoulder and neck release from feeding strain, lower back relief, leg and hip tension support, and restorative touch therapy.
These sessions are centered on softness, regulation, and relief.
Reiki & Energy Healing
Restorative Reiki sessions designed to help regulate the nervous system, release emotional tension, and create space for grounding, balance, and peace during major life transitions.
Birth and motherhood shift more than the body—they move energy, emotions, identity, and spirit. Reiki sessions are offered as gentle energetic support to help regulate the nervous system, reduce overwhelm, release emotional heaviness, and create space for clarity and peace.
Sessions are intuitive, calming, and especially supportive during pregnancy anxiety, postpartum emotional transitions, grief processing, fertility journeys, and identity shifts within motherhood.
This work helps bring the body back to safety and stillness.
Placenta Encapsulation
Safe, intentional placenta preparation services offered with care and education to support postpartum recovery, energy restoration, and hormonal balance based on your personal preferences.
Placenta encapsulation is offered as an intentional postpartum support option for families who choose it. This includes safe handling, preparation, education, and personalized guidance around the process.
Many mothers seek placenta encapsulation to support energy restoration, emotional balance, milk supply, and hormonal recovery after birth.
I approach this work with care, respect, and full transparency so families can make informed decisions that feel right for them.
Homemade Herbal Oils & Natural Remedies
Thoughtfully crafted herbal oils and supportive remedies designed to aid healing, relaxation, and postpartum body care through gentle, plant-based practices.
Plant medicine has always been part of healing traditions, especially within birthwork. I offer supportive herbal oils, body care remedies, and gentle postpartum wellness tools that help support recovery, relaxation, and restoration.
This may include belly oils, bath blends, calming teas, grounding oils, herbal compresses, and simple remedies that support both physical healing and emotional care.
Everything is approached intentionally, safely, and with respect for traditional healing practices.
Yoga, Stretch Therapy & Movement Support
Intentional movement practices, stretching, and breath-work designed to support body awareness, mobility, labor preparation, and postpartum recovery.
Movement during pregnancy and postpartum should feel supportive, not stressful. I offer gentle yoga, stretching, mobility work, and breath-work designed to help mothers prepare for labor, release stored tension, improve body awareness, and support postpartum healing.
This may include hip opening stretches, pelvic floor awareness, labor prep movement, nervous system regulation through breath, and gentle postpartum body reconnection practices.
Movement becomes a tool for trust, not pressure.
Sound Therapy & Restorative Care
Sound healing sessions that encourage deep rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional restoration through calming vibrational practices and intentional stillness.
Rest can be difficult during seasons of transition. My sound therapy sessions are offered in both private and group settings, and help to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, deep relaxation, and intentional rest through vibrational healing practices.
Using sound bowls, guided stillness, breath-work, and grounding practices, these sessions create a space for mothers to soften, reset, and reconnect with themselves beyond survival mode.
Sometimes healing begins with simply being still enough to receive it.
Creative Healing & Art Sessions
Art-centered healing sessions that create space for reflection, emotional processing, and self-expression throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and personal transition. Creativity can be medicine, too.
Art is healing. Creativity gives language to emotions that words cannot always hold. I offer guided art sessions that support reflection, emotional processing, postpartum identity shifts, grief work, pregnancy transitions, and self-expression.
These sessions may include journaling, visual storytelling, intuitive art practices, symbolic creation, or simple restorative making practices that help mothers reconnect to themselves.
This work is never about perfection—it is about release, reflection, and remembering yourself as you begin to pour in to you’re child as a new or recurring mother.
Self-Care & Sacred Rest Practices
Guided support in creating sustainable rituals of rest, reflection, and restoration—because care for the mother is care for the whole family.
True self-care is not luxury—it is necessary. I help mothers build realistic, sustainable rituals of rest and restoration that support emotional wellness and nervous system care during pregnancy and postpartum.
This may include boundary setting, rest planning, postpartum preparation, creating support systems, emotional check-ins, mindfulness practices, and helping mothers identify what care actually feels like for them.
Because motherhood should not require self-abandonment.
